2020 Rolls Royce Ghost Spied Again

The next-generation

Rolls-Royce Ghost has been spied again, this time during cold weather testing in Sweden.

The prototype seen here wears the same level of camouflage as the vehicle photographed at the end of January on the back of a flat-bed truck, wedged between two BMW crossovers.

With our view no longer obstructed by two wagons, we can see the front and rear of the new sedan more clearly.

Up front, the new Ghost retains the company's signature waterfall grille, and has a thin set of headlights inspired by the latest Phantom.

Around the sides we can the car once again features a small-ish set of reverse-hinged rear doors. The D-pillars are, as usual, nice and thick to provide rear seat passengers plenty of privacy.

At the rear, the windscreen and rear deck are generously raked to deliver a sporty-for-Rolls-Royce look. Rounded corners, likely softer detailing and a less brutal overall shape should make it seem almost sensuous.

Under the skin the new Ghost is expected to use the same aluminium-intensive architecture as the Cullinan crossover and latest Phantom.
