The TV personality, who is around five months pregnant, shared images of the wreckage on her Instagram page on Sunday.
'Thanking God that Bentley and I were able to walk away from this nightmare with only a few bruises,' she captioned a composite of four images at the scene.
The redhead's car is pictured overturned and severely damaged as emergency crews surround the vehicle.
The white Jeep was later turned upright and moved to another location where she snapped images of the car to document the severity of damage, writing that it was 'totaled' and she believes that the accident was 'not my fault.'

The scene: The 23-year-old cited 'seat belts' for the reason injuries were not far worse
She acknowledged that the situation could have had far worse results - and thanked good Samaritans who offered assistance.
'Thanking God that my unborn baby girl is perfectly healthy after this,' Maci said. 'I’d also like to @JeepOfficial @Jeep because if our seatbelts and the roll cage had not done their job, I’m not sure my family and I would of had the same outcome.'
She added: 'Thanks to everyone that stopped to help, that was huge. I pray everyone else involved is doing okay. #jeepwrangler #rolledthreetimes #terrifying #totaled #notmyfault.'

However this is not the first time a serious car crash has hit close to home for Maci.
In December, Maci's ex-boyfriend and father of her boy Bentley, Ryan Edwards, was 'left bloody on the side of the road' and 'managed to avoid any major injuries' after a car accident in Chattanooga, Tennessee, TMZ reported.
'Although Ryan was bloodied pretty bad, he was allowed to refuse an ambulance ride to the hospital and be picked up at the scene by a friend.'
More babies: The Teen Mom star is expecting a baby girl in June
Chattanooga police officials told TMZ that 'two vehicles crashed into each other head-on and right now the cause is still under investigation.'
An image showed the 25-year-old wearing a neck-brace and bandages around his head while blood ran down his face.
Weeks later, Maci announced in an interview with InTouch that she was expecting a baby girl in June with her boyfriend Taylor McKinney.
'This baby is such a blessing. I'm calling her my miracle baby,' she said of her second pregnancy, believing that she could not have another child after doctors told her she suffered from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
Maci began chronicling her life as a single mother on the MTV series 16 And Pregnant in 2008 - when she was a 17-year-old high school student engaged to her son's father Ryan Edwards, but they later split.
She later moved on to star on Teen Mom, of which she is currently filming its fifth season.
