CLEVELAND, Ohio — A 17-year-old boy killed outside a home in the city’s Union-Miles neighborhood was shot in the head and chest several times, according to police reports.
Investigators found an AR-15 rifle and several other guns inside the home next to the driveway where Samuel Nichouls was killed, according to police reports.
Police have not said if anyone has been arrested in the shooting that happened about 4 p.m. Thursday outside a home on East 114th Street, south of Miles Avenue.
A passer-by called police after hearing gunshots and seeing the teen on the ground, according to police dispatch reports.
The caller told dispatchers she heard “a lot of shots,” police reports say.
Officers found the teen with at least four gunshots to his head. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police reports say.
Crime scene investigators marked at least two dozen pieces of evidence surrounding the boy’s body in the driveway of the home, including several fired bullet casings.
It was the fourth deadly shooting in less than 48 hours in Cleveland.
